Chicken Satay

Well, who doesn't like chicken? So this easy chicken recipe has all your favorites in one place!

It's lockdown and yeah we need some comfort food, but to bad that ordering online can sometimes make our pocket sour when there is a cash crunch.

Yes, the lockdown has made life hard, but that doesn't stop us from munching on something delicious. So, this recipe is a guide to make Michelin Style Chicken Satay at home. The recipes take 35-40 mins and can be served as a snack.

Okay, the ingredients list is short and crunchy, get 200 gms of Chicken breast or thigh, one medium capsicum, one medium tomato, and a medium onion and 100 gms of sour curd.
Dice the chicken in cubes, same goes for the veggies, make sure it's inch long and wide for a greater appeal. Now, take two separate large bowls, in one add the chicken, 75gms of sour curd, salt, pepper, 1 spoon of chicken masala, paprika for color, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice or vinegar. While in other bowl add the veggies and the remaining 25 gms of curd, salt, and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well and keep the marination for 20-25 mins before the roast!
Take a wooden skewer or a toothpick and pop the chicken and veggies in the skewers. In the meantime, preheat a pan or tawa and add 2 tablespoons of butter on it. Now, place the skewers on the Tawa and cook them for 3-4 mins until one side sticks to the pan. When this occurs, just flip the skewer and cook the other side, give it a good roast for 3-4 mins and your Chicken Satay is ready to be served!
Serve it with tomato ketchup or mint chutney, it's totally upon you or maybe even with a bottled beer and good music.
